All payments for user testing services are processed upfront via Stripe. Due to the nature of our service and the immediate recruitment of human testers, refunds are generally not provided once a test project has commenced.
Get User Insights provides video recordings and reports based on human user interactions. We do not guarantee specific results or that testers will identify all potential issues on your website.
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Get User Insights and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
In no event shall Get User Insights be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
